| The musical composition<Lotus Rhyme>was created on a base of a folk tune, which is one of the representation works of the famous composer Jianming Wang. In this music works, Jianjming Wang used the artificial mode. He also tuned and arranged the Guzheng strings by an untraditional way. Overall, <Lotus Rhyme> has a complete structure and a fluent melody line, which indicate a noble theme of telling the beauty and purity of the lotus. Also, it is fulfilling of poetic and romantic atmosphere. By the analysis from the author, the definition of <Lotus Rhyme>’s structure is the multi-phrases developed by a lot of theme variations. The highlights of this music work include that the overtones performance at beginning and ending echo each other, the music phases have a dialogic mode and etc. In this paper, the author’s purpose is to help general players to improve the performing skills and deeper comprehension by the analysis of the main points of the music, including the body structure of music, the main music material, the guide of Guzheng techniques and etc. |
