In the recent years, many researchers were focused on the inhibitory control function of drug addicts, and they usual study the inhibitory control function through one aspect of response inhibition or conflict suppression, lacking comprehensive survey of the two sub-process of inhibitory control. But the early theorys of inhibitory control supported that response inhibition and conflict suppression are integrated, and the theorys were confirmed by some empirical studies. So, we adopt Stroop + Oddball paradigm in our study, building dual conflict situation, so as to research the group differences of inhibitory control function when participants exposed to response inhibition situation and conflict suppression situation at the same time. The results show that inhibitory control reaction time of heroin group is longer than the normal group significantly. And comparing with single conflict stimulation, double conflict stimulation can increase the difference of inhibitory control ability between subjects. As everyone knows, the long-term drug abuse will not only lead to impaired inhibitory control ability, also will cause the disorder of emotional processing and regulation capacity. Then for the drug addicts, whether there is a certain relationship between emotion and inhibitory control ability, which together influence the behavior of individual drug abuse. And the study of addiction field of this area is relatively less, so as a starting point, the study of two will explore the different emotional valence stimulation(neutral emotion, positive emotion and negative emotion) effect on inhibitory control ability of heroin addicts. The results found, whether heroin addiction group or the normal group, the changes of emotional valence will not affect the individual’s inhibitory control ability, and the reasons for this result may be the task difficulty which weakened the influence of emotion.
