There are many differences between modern life ceramic art and traditional ceramic art,although these art creation are all made of clay and China clay, its shape, firing process and art display are all quite different than ever before; modem life ceramic art is not merely to cater to the mainstream, but which is an art form developing by the artist’s thought progress and the level promotion, the artist adds many new elements to it in the creating process.In this sense, it is no longer pay more attention to the practicality like the traditional ceramic art.Modern life ceramic art--a very important part of contemporary life, which is closely related to people’s modern life, mainly including tea set,incense set,floral set,decoration and so on,which with a nature of ceramic art. Modern life ceramic art is widely used in life, the main reason is that the modern social economy develops rapidly and the spirit life quality become new demand direction for human, so the broad masses of consumers expect that design innovation of life ceramic art works can satisfy more daily requirement.This paper’s main research direction is the design innovation of modern life ceramic art operating reasonably in the market circumstances.This paper combine various influences of consumption appeal and aesthetic concepts, elaborating the innovative research of modern life ceramic art, discussing the modern life ceramic art through the form characteristics,production technique, development situation and the development direction, striving to find more effective ways and methods for good overall development of modern life ceramic art. This paper also summarizes the current mode and the relationship between the pros and cons of modern life ceramic art through the particularity of modern life ceramic art from the context of the market combining with the process method, fully recognizing the basic national conditions,targeting the existing problems between modern life ceramic art and Marketing and Sales, finding out the way to solve the problem, at the same time pointing out the relationship between market requirement and the life ceramic art design innovation with contact point of view, seeking rationalization proposal and development strategy which suiting for the development of modern life ceramic art.
