Uyghur literature is relatively prosperous, various genres of literature has made remarkable achievements in1950 s.During this period, including the Ili Writers Uyghur writers devote themselves to express the joy of the people, the happiness of liberation, the Communist Party, the respect for the leaders. Due to a joyful new era of giving them inspiration, they created a large number of excellent works with socialist realism.During this period, Teyipjan Eliyof, Zunun Kadir, Manap Kadir, Ablimit Masudi, Alkam Ahtam and Rahim Kasim actively engaged in literary creation. They had made an indelible contribution to development and prosperity of the Uyghur contemporary literature.In this paper, the Ili’s writers published works in the literary journal "Tarim"(the period from 1951 to 1960) considered as the study object, summarizing the general characteristics of their various literary genres, and briefly discusses the important writers and their representative works.The paper consists of three sections.The exordium will make an introduction of the subject’s major idea,the researching field and method,and the investing results from domestic.In addition,it also contains the brief presentation and summarization of their works.The body consists of three chapters. The first chapter briefly discussed the basic conditions and general characteristics Uyghur Literature in the 1950 s. The second chapter is the focus of this paper. In this chapter, illustrates the Ili’s writers poetry, novels and drama creation in the 1950 s. Focuses on the 1950 s, representative writers from Ili region and representative works: satirical poems and narrative poems, Ablimit Masudi’s stories, Zunun Kadir and Manap Kadir’s "double happiness" and other drama. The third chapter mainly discusses the work of Teyipjan Eliyof, Zunun Kadir, Manap Kadir, Ablimit Masudi, Alkam Ahtam and Rahim Kasim. Dissertating their role in the contemporary Uyghur literature.Epilogue section affirms the value and impact of the 1950 s Ili Writers Literary.
