Chinese watercolor painting development has gone through the course of more than one hundred years, has experienced "bud", "growth period," development period "to" boom "after several generations of unremitting efforts, the watercolor painting created by our country team is more and more big, the emergence of a large number of excellent artists. The third part analyzes the different facet s of watercolor painting works slightly the embodiment of the spirit, in the process of some of the artists, as well as excellent small watercolor painting works are analy zed. The fourth part analyses how to reflect the spirit of watercolor work slightly be tter, finally, the small watercolor painting works reflect the body of the spirit.In this paper, on the one hand, the embodiment of the art spirit connotation has nothing to do with the picture size point of view, and demonstrated a small watercolor painting works can also show the spiritual connotation.On the other hand to face picture size and reflect the relationship between the art spirit.
