Regional Research On Public Murals In Tangshan

Public mural painting is an important branch of public art, public murals can increase the expression and connotation of city environment, also can decorate the city with regional characters, in order to avoid the city image in monotonous.Tangshan city is an old industrial city of Hebei province in the Bohai ring area. At present, the Tangshan public murals are developing rapidly like other advanced cities. Public murals are continuously enriched, illustrating Tangshan’s local customs and practices, city historical styles and spirits. However, the relative researches on public murals are still lagged behind, the system research of Tangshan public mural becomes the important tasks faced by Tangshan city fresco art workers and related personnels.The paper had set the research foundation by using the materials which were collected during the visits and investigations in Tangshan city, through the comparison of domestic and foreign related theory and case analysis, to study public fresco murals, and analyzed murals on the regional perspective, through the interpretation of regional public murals. Firstly, analyze the related definition and the current development of domestic and foreign city public murals, to explore the background of Tangshan city regional public murals. The second is to trim the development history of Tangshan city public murals, analyze the impact of regional public murals on creating the image of the city of Tangshan. The case displays the regional characters of Tangshan public murals. Besides, the research also looked for the existing problems of Tangshan city public murals, combined with the current trend of social development and the Tangshan city public murals construction situation, to make deep thinking of Tangshan city public murals of future construction, let Tangshan frescoes cleverly combined with its regional characters, highlight the geographical characteristics of Tangshan, and to make the phoenix city more beautiful with charms.
