The Research On Inheritors’ Oral History Of Baoqing Bamboo Carving

Based on the Oral History narrated by Baoqing bamboo carving inheritors, the essay firstly elaborating the meaning to art, for Oral History. Analyze the relative concepts,theoretical principals and methods of Oral History, detailed the actual operational process of Oral History. Secondly, by field research and dialogues to collect information, studying on the oral documents of Zhang Zongfan, Zhang Jiao and Lu Fanlin,the representatives of inheritors, the essay organized and abstracted the oral documents, analyzed the personal features of inheritors and features of different kinds of Baoqing bamboo carving in terms of tools and technologies. Compared among the oral history, traditional history document and experimental data, to prove the effectiveness of oral history method in traditional art research. At last,through the inheritors oral documents, the essay summarized the inheritance and development situation of Baoqing bamboo carving, to emphasize the statues and value of inheritors in intangible heritage protection.
