The topic is based on the reflection on the current situation in the college public English teaching. Thus, during the processing,I collected some teaching situations and analyzed them theoretically. On the basic of observation and analysis, the study has found some existing problems in the college public English teaching: The atmosphere of interaction is weak, the forms of interaction is single-type, the efficiency of interaction is low, the feedback of interaction is poor. Specifically performs on alienation relationship between teacher and student, lack of student’s subjectivity, lack of interactive methods, lack of interactive situation, student-student interaction becomes formalistic, teacher-student interaction is inefficient, the feedback is too often or too simple. On the exploration of the cause to the problems, I concluded 3 major aspects- the teacher,the student and the macro-environment. On the basic of find the problems and causes, I put forward some optimizing strategies- creating interaction atmosphere, developing diverse types of interaction form, increasing the efficiency of the class interactions, strengthening the feedback. Specifically including creating harmonious relationship between student and teacher, emphasizing on the student’s subjectivity, enriching the forms of class interactions, creating atmosphere in class interactions, improving the controlling abilities on the student-student interactions, improving the talking strategies in interactive talking, using proper feedback, enriching the forms of feedback.
