The Creation And Explanation Of The Screenplay "Temptation Of M"

The script tells a story about Lin family. Qianhua Lin was a world-famous pianist who died of suicide. His wife, Mrs. Lin found it very unacceptable so She hired personal detective Rock to find the reason that her husband died for. After a series of investigations, Rock discovered the secret of Qianhua. Qianhua was in love with a young woman who he named her M. M seemed to be the real reason why Qianhua killed himself. Rock decided to find out who is M, while he realized someone was trying to stop him and make everyone thinks that M is short for Mei. Mei is the name of girl who is Qianhua’s student, also the ex-girlfriend of Rock. Rock was caught up in a deadly conspiracy which Mei died of. To his surprise, the conspirator is someone who he had never doubt of. "Temptation of M" not only express how human being works, but also try to explain why they behave like that. The tragedy in the play roots not only in personality, but also in society and family.The interpretation of literary screenplay "Temptation of M" makes an interpretation from three aspects:the style of writing and film technique, the script frameworks and character design, and the special elements, detailed explained different sides and details, and reviewed the history of black film and detective film.
