The Protection And Development Of Traditional Villages Based On Organic Renewal Theory For Dongyang City

The traditional village is a living fossil of the history of Chinese rural society. In the process of urbanization and new rural construction since the end of twentieth Century, a large number of traditional villages disappeared. In 2012, the Ministry of housing and urban construction, the Ministry of culture, the Ministry of Finance jointly issued "The guidance for strengthening the protection and development of traditional villages", The nation established management responsibility mechanism of different levels(national, provincial, municipal, county)for the protection and development of traditional village. For a long time, the lack of laws for the protection of traditional villages began to change, investigation and protection of traditional villages started substantive progress. However how to deal with the relationship between the quantity and quality of the traditional village protection, how to stimulate the internal vitality of the village to make the villagers become the main body of the protection and development of the traditional village, how to protect and develop the traditional village through the cultural and creative protection, these need to be further studied.Based on the Organic Renewal Theory, combined with the beautiful countryside construction, take the traditional village of Dongyang City, Zhejiang Province as the study object, the paper explores the protection and development of the traditional village. Based on the spot investigation of the problem of CAI Zhai Cun, put forward suggestions for the protection and development of CAI Zhai Cun from four aspects:the optimization of the rural ecological environment, build a harmonious coexistence space; enhance the construction of the village landscape, beautify the public space for villagers; activate village human resources, inherit the non-material cultural heritage; develop village economic, promote village protection etc. On the basis of case studies, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the protection and development of traditional villages in Dongyang from five aspects: building renewal for traditional village, traditional culture activation, public space renewal for traditional village, protection and development linkage mechanism for traditional village, human-oriented protection and development.The traditional village of Dongyang is the main part of Chinese tradition, the architecture dwelling plays an important role in Chinese traditional dwelling. Meanwhile, Dongyang city is one of city which has the most current Chinese traditional residential buildings. Choosing the traditional village in Dongyang as the object, have certain theoretical and practical significance for the protection and development of the traditional villages and the construction of the beautiful countryside.
