Opera Zan Yuen is a large opera of Chinese nationalities launched by Liaoning Opera House through recomposing the literary script describing the real history that Torgud mongol tribes could not bear the race aggression of Tsarist Russia and returned to the hometown Mount Tianshan and combining western composition method and Chinese bel canto, it becomes a benchmarking opera for various song and dance theaters and a masterpiece for the nationalization of operatic music. Through the analysis of two lyric and coloratura aria, the author sings and studies singing skills and music characteristics of opera performance art, combs relevant theories and researches as well as profound inspirations arising from personal experience, based on solid singing ability obtained from instructor’s opera rehearsing, performance experience and references,and intensely comprehends the peculiar charm and huge influences of nationalized music in the development history of Chinese opera from the enlightenment to the development of Chinese opera and from the older generation of composers fighting in isolation to opera music booming on the basis of musical aesthetics and prospects of Chinese nationalized opera.This paper has been divided into four parts :Chapter one briefly introduces the research direction and method for Zan Yuen as well as the argument and grounds.Chapter two introduces and carries out a comparative analysis of the creation background, the historical background and the historical and cultural background. Then, the story line and conflicts are analyzed inthe perspective of literary script and libretto, conflicts and figures are connected to crystallize, clarify and purify figures.Chapter three studies characteristics of the music style and explains minority music, Buddhist music and stage art, which lays a solid foundation for emotional mastery of soprano aria and deduction of figures.The last chapter focuses on the analysis of musical mode and tonality through singing characteristics and skills of two difficult soprano aria Love Song and We Will be Immortal, handling of emotional imagination and changes, the application of the singing style of Mongolian long tune and the importance of breathing and pronunciation for singing.
