With the development of market economy and the deepening of China’s opening to the outside world, the development of cultural industry has become an indispensable industry to promote economic development. The eighteenth congress of the party came up with develop cultural industry policy. With the development of cultural industry, cultural market system has also been developing rapidly. The development of cultural industry is indispensable to the development of the cultural market system, the development of culture market system is of decisive role to the development of cultural industries, the perfect degree of the cultural market system determines the degree of the development of cultural industry in China. Therefore, we should establish perfect culture market system. The third plenary session of the 18 stressed:"to improve the cultural management system and production management system, establish and improve the cultural market system, to promote great development of socialist culture prosperity." Cultural market as an organic part of the socialist market economy, more and more get the attention of the party and state leaders. In recent years, the development of the cultural market in our country also have made some achievements, such as:China’s cultural market scale, science and technology, and the diversified trend is obvious。This paper takes cultural market system in our country as the research object, and simply introduces the connotation of the cultural market, cultural connotation of market system and the content of the theory of culture market system in our country。Culture market system in our country are analyzed in the process of construction of the achievements, existing problems and its reasons, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures. This paper mainly divided into three parts.The first part mainly introduces the content of cultural market system, the basic theory of culture market system construction in our country and our country cultural market evolution course and the important significance of the construction of the body.The second part mainly discusses the current situation of the construction of culture market system in our country, both with the development of economy, culture market system construction in China’s achievements and the existing problems. And from unbalanced development cultural industry, cultural market system lack of interdisciplinary talents and government intervention in three aspects put forward the cause of culture market system construction problems.The third part mainly from the policies and regulations of our country’s culture market system construction, management level, structure, system and innovation system puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of culture market system in our country.This article conclusion summarizing the pointed out to solve the problem of culture in the construction of market system in our country is the focus of our future work, puts forward we should establish and improve the cultural market system, promote the development of cultural industries, efforts to improve the national cultural soft power of determination.
