In Europe, Japan andSouth Korea and other countries, cultural industry has been part of the nationalstrategic plan. Cultural market system continues to improve.Today, the strength ofcultural soft power, a national strength and other international economic, political andsocial competition.With the world economy and trade integration, the developedcountries seize the opportunity to continuously push forward the process of tradeliberalization and cultural expansion overseas cultural market.The capitalist valuesand lifestyle are extended to the rest of the world. Therefore, to enhance culturalcompetitiveness, expand domestic and foreign cultural market play a crucial role inChina’s international competitiveness and international status.At present, China has recognized the strategic significance of cultural industryand modern cultural market system. Especially after eighteen proposed, culturalindustry has become a pillar industry of the national economy. Modern culturalmarket system as an important part of the cultural industry, it’s development obtainsmore and more attention of the party and the country. In August19,2013, XiJinping stressed the need to"strengthen Marx’s position in the field of ideology". Inrecent years, China’s cultural market is developing rapidly, the marketscale expand,consumers’ demand rise, cultural products export increase, quantity ofemployment add year by year. But modern cultural market system construction ofChina’s start lately.There are still many problems, we need to give enough attention toput forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, norms and culturaldevelopment of the market.In this paper, the cultural market system for the study, introduce culturalindustries, cultural products,cultural market and so on. The development of Chinesecultural market system, current situation, problems and causes are discussed and analyzed in detail.
