Research Of "Said It" In The Northern Song Dynasty

"Said it" is also called "Got wind of making things",It’s not only an ancient saying way of doing things but also a kind of special channel of supervisory system.Its development is a long history.As early as "three generations",there was a similar way of saying things,instead of being called "got wind of speech",it was called "rumors" and "defamation ".Later it was gradually called "give the rumors","got wind of impeachment ","got wind of visit to know ".It was called"said it" until the northern song dynasty,after more than to be inherited."Said it" was relatively popular in the Northern Song Dynasty.It basically highlighted the features of "not ask where it was from", "no responsibility will be no real", "no white head" in the process of the inheritance and development.This paper is based on the predecessors of the research.I will demonstrate it from five aspects.There are the origin of "Said it", the scope of the speakers and said things of "Said it" of the Northern Song Dynasty, the characteristics and operating mechanism of "Said it" of Northern Song Dynasty,the flourishing reason,the objective,the evaluation and realistic significance of "Said it" in the Northern Song Dynasty.Through the comprehensive analysis and study, we can better understand "Said it".It is not only a good way of imparting information among all levels,but also a necessary complement to supervisory system,and an important means of strengthening the imperial power.The "Said it" has both advantages and disadvantages in the process of the implementation. Advantages can make up for the deficiency of administration, strength the imperial power and maintain the rule of feudal state. Disadvantages may cause false impeach and trolls of the prevailing wind. And it can’t conducive to the nation’s long period of stability.So, on the base of comprehensive analysis of the advantages and disadvantages. I strive to avoid disadvantages and provide our existing supervision system, which can be used for reference to the "past" is the ultimate goal of this research.
