Based on the 8000- year culture of traditional lacquer art, from content to draw, the Chinese modern lacquer painting since the 80 s gradually into the public view, lacquer painting in the context of pluralism of modern aesthetic, rooted in Chinese traditional culture, in the field of art style, ethnic characteristics of public recognition. But as a newly independent type, there are still many problems need to discuss, its orientation, theoretical foundation and the relationship between the various parts of it are going to solve, among them for the study of the nature of lacquer painting gradually became the focus of the lacquer painting art to discuss. For lacquer painting artist, seize the ontology language of modern lacquer painting is the key in the process of lacquer painting creation, on the way of development, we can’t lost yourself, should find the way you speak to yourself. Based on incarnations of lacquer painting as the background, from the existing problems of combining with the experience of developing mature type in ontology language in general can be divided into three parts material, technique, language, art, language. In this article, through comprehensive discussion of lacquer painting ontology of language problems, combined with its own quest, shows that in the process of the development of the Chinese modern lacquer painting grasp the importance of body language, are analyzed from the aspects of history, existing problems of the Chinese modern lacquer painting development present situation and development prospect.
