The development and spread of internet makes people have the opportunity to accept more and more foreign culture. All kinds of cross culture communication spring up which is proved by the phenomenon of lots of foreign film and television drama entering Chinese network. Fansub group is a new organization born on that kind of condition. Fansub group does not make a profit, the members translated the foreign film and television drama into Chinese subtitle for free out of their enthusiasm and love for foreign culture.This paper choose the Dianbo fansub and TV series Arrested Development as study object. Collecting the lines and classifying into three categories "pun","current culture and society traditions " as well as " sensitive topics ", from the way fansub deal with them studying the construction of fansub group members’cultural identification based on the cultural communication theory. Besides text analysis, the paper also use the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to analyze how the group members who with triple identities to identify foreign culture.The study shows that the member of Fansub group may have the "Misprison" which will being shown in their translation context. People who take that kind of translation will be effected as well. However, we could not justify that activity as bad thing, some may make positive influence in the communication, some make passive influence.
