Among those four representative copies of Zhigong Tu from Tang, Southern Tang, Northern Song and Qing Dynasty, images of the same envoys on the first three copies tend to be different. To facilitate a better understanding and use of the copies, its text is annotated in terms of images of envoys from one place, and based on research history, argues that the creation of Zhigong Tu was affected by Fangguo Shitu and was divided into three stages, supporting the "Three-Stage Theory" put forward by Professor Wang Su, in this essay.
