The Research On International Communication Activities Of New Guangxi Clique During The Period Of Anti Japanese War

International communication is the exchange of information across national boundaries, which is related to the image and development of the country. From the perspective of today’s international communication studies, the foreign propaganda of China’s support in the war of resistance against Japan is actually a typical international communication practice. On the basis of large collections and arrangements of the historical news, the research combined with the historical press inside the card and card found that the New Guangxi Clique as the Kuomintang internal political and military group had carried out abundant and specific international communication activities through Li Tsung Jen, Bai Chongxi, Huang Xuchu and other representatives, apart from military action to resist and fight the Japanese invaders. During the period of Anti Japanese War, international dissemination of the New Guangxi Clique is related to China’s Anti Japanese national salvation global. Now the relevant research is actually an important and currently studying blank field in the research community.This study uses mature international communication theory today and develops a framework for the analysis of the New Guangxi Clique’s international communication activities during the period of Anti Japanese War, through the control of the international communication of information, content selection, the channel application, audience recognition and propagation effects. Conclusion shows that the New Guangxi Clique had exposed the Japanese militarism’s cruel and unjust face to the international community, strived for large number of international support, and contributed to the national war of resistance against Japan and struggles anti fascist all over the world, by all kinds of international communication activities. This study through analysis comes to expect that it can provide new more historical records for the Anti Japanese War’s historical studies, and new angle of view for a more comprehensive and objective understanding of the New Guangxi Clique’s resistance against Japanese Militarism, which will be helpful to improve today’s international communication capacity building.
