The Probe Into Liuqin Playing Techniques

In the 1950 s, the great reform of Liuqin performed by Mr. Wang Huiran has made a new position of Liuqin in China Liuqin folk music history, making it out of the way just for opera accompaniment for nearly two hundred years. With the rapid development in just fifty years, the art of Liuqin received great attention from the professional composer, performer, and artist. As a result, various forms, genres, styles of work are emerging quickly and making the techniques of Liuqin a great leap forward.The research emphasis of this paper is liu-qin playing techniques. Full text is divided into three parts: the first part of introduction to liu-qin music creation background, in eighty, on behalf of the time line, expounds the development situation of liu-qin playing techniques. The second part analysis combed the playing technique innovation and development. The third part discusses the playing techniques with liuqin art development.
