Changli County is a cultural county of Hebei Province, belonging to Qinhuangdao City, has a profound historical heritage and cultural heritage. Changli yangko is one of the popular traditional folks in Hebei Province, was included in the first batch of state-level national intangible cultural heritage in 2006, this caused the attention of the society. Changli Yangko originates from the folks, develops from the folks, is a profound connotation of folk customs, and contains profound folk culture. This paper tries to resolve the Changli yangko from the perspective of folklore, starting from the analysis of the origin and the change of Changli yangko history, sort out the evolution of Changli yangko, through a pooled analysis of weekdays collected text materials and several in-depth field trips obtained first-hand information, and detailed analysis summarizes the main characteristics of Changli yangko,the formation and development of folk characteristics,to clarify the relationship between Changli and the local folk yangko, unique charm of Changli yangko.This paper mainly uses literature analysis and field survey method to study from the perspective of folklore of Changli yangko and discussion, through the county, the text book materials of Changli yangko preliminary solution through participant observation, then Changli yangko performances and interviews on the connotation of folk artists explore Changli yangko. This paper is divided into six chapters; the first chapter is the introduction, including research background, research purpose and significance, research, research methods and innovations of this paper in five aspects. The second chapter is the evolution of Changli yangko history, from the geographical advantage, historical culture and economic foundation in three areas of the formation conditions of Changli yangko, and then on the origin and development of his evolution of a comb, finally summarizes the evolution characteristics of Changli yangko and the formation and development of relations with the local folk custom. The third chapter is Chang Li, yangko and folk life research, mainly from the perspective of the folklore of the folk culture regional analysis, first introducedChangli yangko, and then from the daily life of the people, festivals, temple festivals, weddings and funerals in four aspects:analysis of the relationship between Changli yangko and local people. The fourth chapter is the field investigation of folk group "Samsung yangko team", this study is very famous in the territory of Changli folk groups through the method of participant observation and interviews, in-depth on the Changli yangko folklore analysis. The fifth chapter is the inheritance and protection of Changli yangko as a non-material cultural heritage, Changli yangko was included in the first batch of national none the intangible cultural heritage, inheritance and protection of it has been a hot topic, this chapter from the development of the status quo of Changli yangko to analyze the situation and existing. The protection measures, then the Changli yangko how to inherit and put forward their own proposals. The last part is the conclusion, summarizes the full text and summary.As a native of Qinhuangdao, childhood and yangko has a certain contact, thought it was his duty to the Changli yangko folk of Changli to continue to carry forward the treasure, yangko heritage, a force protection and development to make contributions, with the development of the times, more and more young no longer the traditional culture of interest, we should try our best to let more people know and love Changli yangko, understand our traditional culture, don’t let the treasure ruin in our young generation’s hands.
