This paper tried to discuss the following three aspects of Fei Ming Modernity according to the situation of studies about Fei Ming since 2000.The first chapter discusses impacts Fei Ming accepted.Fei Ming was mainly affected by the New Literature, foreign literature and Chinese classical literature. On the new literature, Fei Ming is mainly affected by Hu Shi, Lu Xun, Zhou Zuoren and so on. On foreign literature, Baudelaire and Shakespeare inspired Fei Ming to have conceptions of literature on "Dream" and "window". Furthermore, they affected Fei Ming’s personalized "separated" artistic pursuit. The Chinese classical poetry, articles of Six Dynasties are the important resources for Fei Ming’s literary writing, such as Yu Xin’s "scrawl" articles and complicated Allusions. The second chapter discusses the meanings of Fei Ming’s modernities in his writing. It is dyllic episode odor and Hermit gas, opaqueness of his works, obscureness in character level, hazy mood and fantasy, fuzzy representation of the real world, people work in serene peace, less conflict, style changes from plat to odd and spicy that represent pioneering and modernities in his literature writing. The third chapter discusses the significance of Fei Ming’s modernity in modern Chinese literature. Before 1949, Fei Ming’s "The Bridge" and "After Mr. unwarranted flew" and other unfinished works implies the plight in his own writing of modernties. After the founding of People’s Republic of China, Fei Ming turned his focus from literature writing to study. It means that Fei Ming came across setbacks and in the new era and the environment while he was trying to write. His writing was constrained by external factors.
