China has 71 "China’s longevity villages", of which 23 are located in Guangxi, ranking the first in China. And Jinxiu, Laibin is one of them. Known as "the Mountain of Treasure", Jinxiu has a good reputation of natural advantages. Its unique Yao medicine resources directly affect its longevity to be formed and developed. Meanwhile, the welcoming and optimistic nature of Jinxiu people is another important factor which devotes to its longevity. In my opinion, as the center of Yao and the treasure-house of Chinese herbal medicine in Guangxi, the formation and dissemination of its longevity culture have distinctive regional characteristics and a very high research value.According to Lasswell’s 5w Communication Model, the dissemination of Jinxiu longevity culture and be divided into 5 parts, that is, the content of Jinxiu longevity culture, the subject the audiences, the media and the effect. The first chapter is the content research, which will describe the material culture and spiritual culture of Jinxiu longevity. The second chapter will analyze the subject and the audience, in which the subject will be divided into person, government and media, and all the types and the features of audiences will be summarized. The third chapter is the channel research, in which the related published information on paper media, electronic media and network will be discussed.
