A Study Of Corporate Ethics Commonality In Japanese Longevity Companies

In recent years,our country enterprise illegal phenomenon emerge in endlessly,shoddy goods and services not only the enterprise reputation,also let customers suffer a great loss.In order to buy products of high quality and enjoy better services,our consumers are more likely to shopping overseas.In contrast,Japan,which is a neighbor with China,has experienced a period of economic downturn and difficult development,but there are still many enterprises that have overcome those difficults,continue their business for more than a hundred years or hundreds of years.Through investigation we found that these companies across various industries,and most have ‘kakkun',‘syakun',or other ethical concepts,corporate ethics has become an important support for the survival of these enterprises.This is the source of this study and the motive.While the Chinese enterprises according to the survey shows that the number of longevity enterprise(which continue business for more than a hundred years)is less than 10.This paper hopes to provide a reference for the sustainable development of Chinese enterprises through the analysis of Japanese business ethics.In order to investigate the enterprise ethics of Japan's longevity enterprise,this paper adopts the sample survey method,which classifies according to the industry from the longevity enterprise,each selected an enterprise,Shiose in manufacturing industry,Matsuzakaya in retailing,Okaya in wholesale trade,Nodaiwa in service,Kongogumi in construction respectively.These companies have more than 200 years of history.This paper has carried on the demonstration analysis according to the following section.Chapter 1: Explain the research object,purpose and significance of this thesis.On the basis of previous studies put forward their own point of view.Chapter 2: Classify the business ethics and summarize the elements it contains.Chapter 3:On the basis of the second chapter,five enterprises,which are the object of investigation,are analyzed from three aspects: personal ethics,professional ethics and organizational ethics,and discuss the commonality of these enterprises in enterprise ethics.Chapter 4: To explore the enterprise ethics of Japanese longevity enterprise reference for Chinese enterprises.Chapter 5: Conclusion.Japan longevity enterprises have the following commonality:1 Professional ethics: self-discipline,respect others;2 Professional ethics: guarantee of the quality of goods and services;3 Organizational ethics: regarding staff,customer-orientation.The paper draws the lessons for Chinese enterprises as follow: Chinese enterprises need attaches great importance to the spirit of self-discipline,people-oriented staff management,customer-orientation.And corporate social responsibility will become more and more important in the future.
