| Among the folk songs that are widely spread in China, Jasmine undoubtedly occupies a very leading position, and it is widely known and loved by the public, and at the same time, it is also one of the most popular famous folk songs. Jasmine is also the first Chinese folk song that was spread overseas in the form of music publications. Meanwhile, it also has a broad popularity in Europe and America, and it represents the cultural symbol of China. Jasmine is a folk song which have crossed the centuries and crossed different fields, but the problem about its source has been argued in academic circles for a long time, but up to now, there is still no conclusion. The experts who think that it is a “Yangzhou qingqu†believe that the folk song Jasmine is derived from the Qupai flower tune in Yangzhou qingqu, and it is constantly developed and processed by artists of Yangzhou qingqu for centuries. The scholars mostly prove this viewpoint from the historical documentary records. The author thinks that, in various statements about the source of “jasmineâ€, the viewpoint of “Yangzhou qingqu†has more sufficient and reasonable evidence. And through investigating Yangzhou qingqu which is an ancient folk art, it then explores the music source of Yangzhou qingqu and the folk song Jasmine, which has an important reference significance for us to carry out the research on the source of Jasmine.On the basis of the previous studies, this paper adopted the literature retrieval method to sort out the historical evolution and music characteristics of Yangzhou qingqu and the folk song Jasmine. Through the analysis of tune variation and the auxiliary words and the auxiliary tune, it presents the diversified versions of the folk song Jasmine, and focuses on studying the music consideration relationship between the traceability of Jasmine and Yangzhou qingqu. Through demonstrating the identity of flower tune and Jasmine in terms of spreading and developing history, geography and music structure, it further illustrates the credibility that Jasmine is from the flower tune in Yangzhou qingqu. |
