Implicit learning is a common phenomenon in the field of learning. The brain functional lateralization is also a common phenomenon in the field of cognition.So, is there lateralization effect in implicit learning and how is the lateralization effect ?Previous studies showed that implicit learning is absolutely unilateral advantages or a combination of the two hemispheres.However, we should not be ignored is that implicit learning has its’ own specificity- A graded, dynamic learning processes and the speciality of the transfer block in serial reaction task-novel stimulation which can increase the consciousness of implicit learning.As lateralization effect of the whole process of implicit sequence learning,we can’t simply pure even absolutely identified lateralization as left or right, but by stages,the whole learning process is by each moment of changing states, lateralization effect is different in different periods.The experimental results show that in the whole process of implicit sequence learning, present the transfer hemisphere advantage- first left hemisphere advantage, then the right hemisphere advantage, finally the left hemisphere advantage.Through three study,we consider that dynamic predominance of hemisphere exists in the background of implicit learning,not the absolute one hemisphere dominance.Our study investigated the lateralization effect at different stages of implicit sequence learning, the result showed the dynamic change of lateralization effect froming another angle to reveal the degree of consciousness in the process of implicit sequence learning.Consciousness is not a single phenomenon.It is graded and dynamic. As the implicit learning consciousness theory,implicit learning is a graded, dynamic learning processes(Cleeremans & Jimenez, 2002). How did it concretely change ?Our study was on the basis of Schmitz(2013).In study 1,We set block 12 as transfer block, the same as Schmitz(2013), and so as the stimulation of rendering and the set of rules, namely in addition to the below mentioned key improvement, others was the same as Schmitz(2013) study.We investigated the later period of implicit sequence learning whether other lateralization effect indicators in addition to the classic implicit learningquantity(the difference between the transfer block reaction time and the average between the group before and after the transfer block) as indicator.In study 2,we advanced the transfer block to block 8 and the rest remained the same to examine the medium lateralization effect of implicit sequence learning.In study 3,we combined study1 and study2 to examine lateralization effect under the condition of two transfer block in implicit sequence learning.The results show as follows:1)At the later period of implicit sequence learning, the difference before and after the transfer block is more sensitive reasonable lateralization index and the difference between transfer block and the block before as well. In the medium term lateralization effect of implicit learning, the last and the first block reaction time difference is more sensitive than the classic implicit learning quantity.Under the condition of two transfer block, the front of the transfer block uses the classic implicit learning quantity(the difference between the transfer block reaction time and the average between the group before and after the transfer block) can detect the lateralization effect more.2)In the medium term implicit sequence learning,different state of consciousness oral report- "intuition" differ significantly from left visual field to right visual field. The left visual field subjects judge more as "intuition" showing with more "intuitive" judgment of right hemisphere.Right visual field group report more "memory" than the left view field group when transfer block increased showing with more "memory" judgment of left hemisphere.There are lateralization effect on the degree of consciousness.Compared to the study 1 which the transfer block set later,the degree of consciousness as lateralization effect indicator in the earlier transfer block in implicit sequence learning process seems to be more sensitive.3)Different periods of lateralization effect of implicit sequence learning performance is different, the same process of different stages lateralization effect of implicit sequence learning is also different. In the process of the implicit sequence learning apper the transfer of the hemisphere advantage. Implicit sequence learning process roughly show the advantage of left hemisphereâ†' right hemisphereâ†'left hemisphere.
