And scholars pay less attention on Vietnamese literature which is also the part of Chinese culture circle. Till now, it has not appeared integrity of research achievement of image of China of Chinese-written Vietnamese novels.The Chinese-written Vietnamese novels are numerous and rich in content. It refers to politics, economy, culture, diplomacy, religion and so on. In other words, it is the encyclopaedia that reflected the ancient social customs of Vietnam. The Chinese-written Vietnamese novels recorded not only the evolution of China-Vietnam, but also the communication of literature and culture between China and Vietnam. A series of records about China in the Chinese-written Vietnamese novels, whatever is the fragment, or the specific character and diverse cultural image, all formed the cognition of the Vietnamese for China. For China, the Vietnamese has a complex emotion, which is the politics on independence and identity on culture. So the images of China that the novels has built are focused on the politics and culture. In terms of the political level, as a part that had been seceded from China.
