The HongZhou zen is triggered out by Nanyue Huairang and found by Mazu Daoyi in the Mid Tang Dynasty,its Zen aesthetic thought inherited the theory “Everything is mind ” of the Southern chan sect, with the "Xinxing" as ontology. The "Xinxing" of Zen means all the mind, law and reality. The "Xinxing" ontology advocates the "mind" as the root for moksa, as well as "nature" is the role of “mind”, Zen Epiphany is a whole moksa with mind and body; "Xinxing" is also the essence of beauty, so returning to the true nature is the fundamental path through that Zen can bring a sense of beautiful pleasant. The Hongzhou Zen aesthetics is an important part of the aesthetics of the Tang Dynasty even the Chinese Aesthetics, meanwhile it is also a self-sufficient and independent aesthetic system, in which "Xinxing" ontology has a fundamental decisive role. So mining the thought of "xinxing" and its aesthetic value can highlight the value and significance of Hongzhou Zen aesthetic better.This dissertation is divided into three parts of introduction, main body and conclusion:the introduction introduced domestic and foreign contemporary Hongzhou Zen research status and the innovation significance of the dissertation, an overall study of Hongzhou Zen has got more achievements, but the study of aesthetic thought is slightly weak and the separately study achievement of "Xinxing" esthetics ontology has not been seen. the first chapte of the main body is the Zen aesthetics origin of HongZhou Zen which introduces the HongZhou Zen sect ideological origins and main series of its pedigree firstly, and then cuts into the topic to analyze the aesthetic origin of the "Xinxing" thought, which includes the inheritance of the India Buddhist aesthetics thought meditation "Xinxing" factors and the absorption of the local Chinese aesthetic thoughts of "Xinxing" of Confucianism and Taoism. The second chapter focuses on the specific connotation of "Xinxing" esthetics ontology of Hongzhou zen, it first overall refines Hongzhou "Xinxing" ontology unique ideas to form a theory system in the sense of ontology structure, and further analyzes "Xinxing" ontology from "the heart" to "non heart, heartless" aesthetic realm development and most of the characteristics of "ordinary mind" ontology aesthetic purport in the framework above. The third chapter explores the significance and value of "Xinxing" ontology of Hongzhou zen based on the analysis of the previous chapters, it not only determines the free super and lively nature multiple aesthetic spirit of the Hongzhou Zen, but also promotes the mature of the artistic conception theory and style theory of Chinese aesthetics in Tang Dynasty. Finally, as the research goal, the "Xinxing" of Hongzhou zen plays a very good role in guiding the current real life by providing a life of religious aesthetics and art of life aesthetic liberation. The conclusion part further summarizes the aesthetic ontology characteristic of "Xinxing" of Hongzhou Zen to expound the research value of aesthetic ontology.The "Xinxing" ontology aesthetics thought of Hongzhou Zen is the inheritance and development of Chinese Zen "disposition", "ordinary mind", "heart, non heart" is the specific content and characteristics of its Aesthetic Ontology, which contains not only the strong subjectivity, but also the aesthetic realm of Zen, reflects the natural transcendence, free and lively aesthetic spirit.
