Depression and anxiety affect people's mental health.Sitting in forgetfulness training can effectively reduce depression and anxiety.In this research,the influence of the training on depression and anxiety is studied by the combination of questionnaire survey method and experimental method.First of all,the sitting in forgetfulness experience questionnaire was used to test 1459 adults.20 subjects with T score that are over 60 were filtered into the high levels of the sitting in forgetfulness experience group,20 subjects with T score less than 40 were filtered into the low levels of the sitting in forgetfulness experience group,and 20 subjects with T score between 40 to 60 were divided into control group.And respectively to intervene,in order to examine the intervention effects of the experience sitting in forgetfulness training on depression and anxiety.Finally,438 subjects were surveyed by the sitting in forgetfulness questionnaire,SDS,STAI,GSES,CEQ and RESS,and examine the relationship between depression and anxiety,respectively and the experience sitting in forgetfulness and self-efficacy.According to the above research results,the following main conclusions are drawn:(1)After the intervention of the sitting in forgetfulness training,whether it was in the high or low levels of the sitting in forgetfulness experience group,there was a significant change in the level of sitting in forgetfulness experience,depression and anxiety.This suggests that the intervention of the training improves the level of the experience of sitting in forgetfulness experience and relieves depression and anxietyin the experimental group.(2)There is a significant effect of sitting in forgetfulness training on the experience of sitting in forgetfulness.And the dimension of the experience of equality of things is the most vulnerable,the experience of inner alchemic is the second,and the experience of qigong is the most difficult to be affected.(3)The intervention effect of sitting in forgetfulness training on the experience of sitting in forgetfulness,depression and anxiety in the low levels of the sitting in forgetfulness experience group was significantly better than that of the high sitting in forgetfulness experience level group.(4)There was a significant correlation between the experience of sitting in forgetting,depression and self-efficacy.The experience of sitting in forgetting had a negative predictive effect on depression.And the experience of sitting in forgetting,coping effectiveness and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in self-efficacy had a combined predictive effect on depression.Moreover,self-efficacy played a role in partial mediating between the experience of sitting in forgetfulness and depression..(5)There was a significant correlation between the experience of sitting in forgetting,state anxiety and self-efficacy.The experience of sitting in forgetting had a negative predictive efifect on state anxiety.And the experience of sitting in forgetting,coping effectiveness and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in self-efficacy had a combined predictive effect on state anxiety.Moreover,self-efficacy played a role in partial mediating between the experience of sitting in forgetfulness and state anxiety.(6)There was a significant correlation between the experience of sitting in forgetting,trait anxiety and self-efficacy.The experience of sitting in forgetting had a negative predictive effect on trait anxiety.And the experience of sitting in forgetting,general self-efficacy,coping effectiveness and regulatory emotional self-efficacy in self-efficacy had a combined predictive effect on trait anxiety.Moreover,self-efficacy played a role in partial mediating between the experience of sitting in forgetfulness and trait anxiety.
