Neurotype is innate human physiological and psychological qualities and reveals the quality characteristics of the human talent. According to previous research on the neurotype, different neurotype have different performances in skill acquisition, however it has not yet been validated. In order to explore the differences between individual performances in the skill acquisition tasks, 80·8 neurotype scale is considered as the measurement of the neurotype; and Kanfer-Ackerman Air Traffic Controller Task(ATC Task) is proposed for complex skills training. Through the evaluation of learners’ performance, 10 learners of stable type, 10 weak type and 9 learners of cautious type underwent 30 times ATC task training to analyze the different performances among the neurotype. The experiment results show that the performances of different neurotype have significant differences in ATC task training.(1) Stable type individuals are fast-learners compare to the cautious ones in skill acquisition process, and they can take multi-task approach, but cautious type individuals are more conservative. In addition to that, other performances of these two types are similar.(2) The differences of skill acquisition rates between cautious and weak individuals are insignificant, but the absolute peak and physiological limit of skill acquisition performance of the cautious individuals are higher than weak ones, as well as other indicators.(3) Stable individuals can learn faster and reach higher limit than weak individuals. Furthermore, other indicators of stable ones are also higher than the performance of weak type.(4) Early in the training, the scores and the number of aircraft landed of these three neurotype have great differences, but cautious individuals gradually caught up with stable individuals in the later phase. The acceptance capability and learning rate of stable individuals are significantly faster than that of the cautious type and weak type in the early stage of training. Through the training process, the difference in the speed of operation among the three neurotype gradually becomes indistinct.(5) Neurotype mainly influence on the performances of ATC task training at the early stage, however, after they can manipulate the task, the impact of the neurotype is insignificant.
