In recent years, yoga has been extensively spread around the world. Yoga is not just a set of pop or fashionable bodybuilding; it is a kind of India's old method of uniting the body and mind, set philosophy, science and art at a suit. There are many inner cultivate methods of one's morality with yoga, one of the most essences is meditation method. Meditation is a state which can have the control of the whole airframe, it is a thinking mode which mainly controls the nerve center, in other words, it is a way to control spirit, conscious state in order to attract the soul and spiritual consciousness also perfusion, and integrate them together.Dancing is one of eight arts which is an expression of using the body as language in 3-d space. While in recent years, dance is not only the body art on the surface, many artists and scholars has analyzed and made conclusion the profound and inner quintessence of its cultural significance and spiritual thoughts.Both dance and yoga are body excises, but the dance is a form of art, that is spatial-temporal art, which is a kind of performance art using body to represent feelings and thoughts. Dance is concerned about the audience's feeling. Yoga refers to the harmonious integrity of mind and body system through practice, so as to achieve maximum mental state, that is to say, the ultimate purpose of yoga is to keep fit. Yoga concerns more about the body itself, which is more humanistic. The training method of yoga is a scientific training to practice one's consciousness. Compare yogic training methods with dance training methods, and put the efficient dancing skills into training, which can improve the quality of dancing training skills. The methods of yoga's meditation have useful effect on dance training, which is to put yoga's spiritual concept into dance practical training.The aim of this paper is to effectively improve the quality of dance skills training, discuss dance skills training in using practice mode of yoga by combining yoga discipline in order to enhance its skills as well as artistry, and make professional dance students' skills improve greatly by using favorable training mode methods to expand their thinking mode.The first part of this paper will represent the purpose, significance, and its methods. The second part will discuss and analyze dance skill training and yoga training in different angles. The fourth part to dance with yoga skill training for variety of ideas, carry on the various according to the feasibility analysis and discussion. The fourth part is to analyze and state application of yoga to dance in various aspects on the basis of assumptions.The movements of yoga may not as beautiful and moving as dance, some of the movements may not necessary in dance, and the postures of dance are more beautiful than yoga, but we can draw lessons from the training mode of yoga that is from inside to outside. Focus on the action by "heart", feel the action by the body, until master action and do it with emotion. Let's dance vividly, let dancers alive from inside.This paper is a try to refine, absorb and integrate the effective training methods into dance, at the same time analyze and give examples of its feasibility. The conclusion of the paper will generalize the necessity and objectivity of integrity of yoga in dance, and the feasibility in dance training in order to offer some reference in research in this field.
