Dual process theory model of moral judgment that emotion and attention in the process of moral judgment which plays a role, but different in sequence and in a very short period of time for moral judgment, first aroused emotional arousal, led by emotion the moral judgment, with long time, gradually by the attention play main role and to events or moral behavior of rational reasoning. Perception of time is a whole; it is the perception of the continuity and sequence of events, and how to estimate time is the key point of time psychology. In a series of studies on time perception, the two mechanisms have always existed. This study from the moral judgment can change the internal clock speed, occupy attention resource assumption, the distance of two points judgment paradigm, three experiments were conducted, of short duration in moral judgment influence temporal perception were studied. In experiment one,58 subjects were selected for 296 pieces of pictures of the moral potency and arousal of 9 levels of evaluation. Statistical analysis using cluster analysis, internal consistency, test-retest reliability, correlation analysis and variance analysis methods, analysis the reliability and validity of the picture library. The results showed that the moral image set has good reliability and validity. In the second experiment, selected 32 subjects, adopt single factor within subjects design, subjects were required in high arousal and low arousal condition of moral images under 7 a comparison from the judgment of the long and short of the. It was found in high arousal conditions were more likely to make the judgment of the "long", and under the high arousal perceived time was significantly longer than low arousal under. In experiment three, the subjects was selected as above, subjects were asked in the positive and negative images under the condition of 7 kinds of moral judgment in short and long distance. The results showed that the subjects were more likely to make a "long" judgment under the negative condition, and the time was significantly longer than the positive emotion. The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1) under the influence of local culture, the moral picture set has good reliability and validity, that is, it has good stability and applicability.(2) moral picture arousal degree has a significant effect on the perception of time, mainly through the wake mechanism is awakened. Higher degree, internal clock speed is fast, the same time accumulated pulse more, in the sense that a longer period of time. (3) the effect of the valence of the moral picture on time perception, mainly through the attention mechanism, compared to the negative picture, the positive picture takes more attention resources, the perceived time is shorter.
