In recent years, the media have repeatedly reported some moral problems. For the same event, different individuals may make different moral judgments. So what are the moral judgments based on? The theory of moral double-processing and the theory of moral social intuition well support that the dependence of moral judgment is the result of moral intuition. It holds that moral judgment is a quick and intuitive response rather than the result of rational reasoning.Rational reasoning is only a rational explanation of the intuitive response. The process of intuitive processing influences moral judgment, moral value and moral behavior.Intuitive processing is thought to be particularly relevant to vague injuries, which are considered shocking but harmless and widely condemned. If the moral judgment of vague injurious behavior is intuitive, people who are more inclined to rely on intuition will condemn these behaviors to a greater extent. However, few studies have examined how intuitive dependence affects moral judgment, and individuals with high intuitive dependence are likely to make more stringent moral judgments. However, the potential mediation mechanism between the two has not been paid attention by researchers. The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of intuitive dependence on moral judgment and the mediating role of injury perception in college students' groups by using questionnaire and experiment methods.Experiments 1 studied the influence of different intuitive dependence on moral judgment by reading moral scenarios of different types of injury.Experiments 2 studied moral judgment of different intuitive dependence under different types of moral dilemma by reading moral dilemma of two types of injury, and further analyzed the role of injury perception in intuitive dependence and moral judgment. The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)Highly intuitive individuals make more stringent moral judgments in moral situations, especially in blurred injury scenarios.(2)Further mediating effect test found that injury perception played a part of mediating role in intuitive dependence and moral judgment.
