Objective : Modern society according to the increase of the number of sports activities, skeletal muscle damage rates are increasing, the study found now all sports injury in knee and ankle joint injury is one of the most common injury, reduced ability to balance is leading to one of the risks of sports injury, improve balance ability can reduce the incidence of injury. Belly dance is mainly with the rhythm of the music, swing and abdomen, dancing under the waist, hips, it is a kind of whole body movement, can make the legs, abdomen, shoulders and neck are full of activities, most of the action is completed under the heel. This study to belly dance exercise group and the control group as the research object, through both before and after the experiment belly dance group and the control group of static balance index and dynamic balance index changes and to investigate the effect of belly dance exercise on balance ability, for belly dance can provide a theoretical basis to improve the body’s ability to balance. Methods:The first grade female students in 41 subjects were randomly divided into two groups, including 27 in the belly dance group and 14 in the control group.Except for the abnormal data in the experiment, the belly dance group was 21, and the control group was 13.All the subjects had never had the experience of belly dance, physical health, no sports injuries. Before the experiment, the belly dance group and the control group were tested for the balance ability index, after 14 weeks of belly dance exercises, the test group and the experimental group were balanced. Using SPSS17.0software for statistical analysis of the data obtained.Results:1 Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the two groups on the static balance and dynamic balance between the belly dance group and the control group, and the indexes of the belly dance group and the control group were not significant.2 After 14 weeks, the belly dance group biped Eyes 7 index of only three occurredsignificant difference(P < 0.05), and the remaining 4 had no significant difference(P >0.05). In the double foot under eyes closed state seven indexes have five with significant difference(P < 0.05), and the remaining 2 had no significant difference(P >0.05). Single foot test, right foot Eyes test has six exist significant difference(P < 0.05).1 there was no significant difference(P > 0.05); left foot Eyes test five exist significant difference(P < 0.05), 2 had no significant difference(P > 0.05); right foot eyes closed test 6 has a very significant difference(P < 0.01), 1 there was no significant difference(P > 0.05); left foot eyes closed test there are very significant difference(P < 0.01). The evaluation index of dynamic balance, left foot support is ahead, lower right, lower left there are significant differences(P < 0.05), the support in the right foot, right in front of the no significant difference(P > 0.05), lower left, lower right there are significant difference(P < 0.05)3 After 14 weeks, the control group biped eyes state seven indexes had no significant difference(P > 0.05); biped closed condition had no significant difference(P > 0.05). Single foot test, right foot eyes under seven indicators, there were no significant differences(P > 0.05), left foot eyes cases had no significant difference(P >0.05), right foot close eyes showed no significant difference(P > 0.05), left foot close eyes had no significant difference(P > 0.05).4 After 14 weeks, the belly dance group and the control group of static index comparison can be seen, the double foot Eyes 7 indexes only three exist significant difference(P < 0.05) in the and the remaining 4 no significant difference(P > 0.05).Biped closed condition, 7 only one exists significant difference(P < 0.05), and the remaining 6 had no significant difference(P > 0.05). Single foot test cases, right foot Eyes 7 indexes of five has significant difference(P < 0.05). 2 has no significant difference(P > 0.05); opened and left foot 7 indexes have significant difference(P <0.05); right in the case of full closed seven indicators 5 has significant difference(P <0.05), 2 does not have significant difference(P > 0.05), the left foot with eyes closed seven indicators 5 has significant difference(P < 0.05). 2 has no significant difference(P > 0.05). The 4 items in the dynamic balance index were significantly different(P<0.05), and the 2 had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1 14 weeks of belly dance exercise can improve the static balance ability of female college students under the condition of double feet.2 14 week belly dance exercise can improve the static balance ability of the female college students, when the support surface is changed into a single foot, the static balance ability of the belly dance group is obviously improved.3 Belly dance training for 14 weeks can improve the female students static balance with eyes closed up.4 14 weeks belly dance exercise can improve the dynamic balance ability of female college students.
