Research purpose:Ankle joint is one of the most frequently injured joints and has a high risk of recurrence.Precise proprioception of ankle joint is the necessary condition for balance control, body direction and motor coordination.Decreased balance ability is also one of the risks of sports injury.Improving balance ability can reduce the incidence of related injuries. The purpose of this paper is to explore the influence of short-term Latin dance training on balance ability and ankle proprioception of female college students and the difference between long-term Latin dance trainers.Research Methods:This paper selects the Latin dance which integrates sports and art as the intervention means, and aims to explore the influence of short-term Latin dance training on the balance ability of ordinary female college students and the feeling of ankle joint,as well as the difference with the long-term Latin dance trainer.Research objects and methods: A total of 76 female college students and graduate students were selected at the Capital Institute of Physical Education, with an average age of 19-25 years: 22.75±1.52 years old.The subjects used closed-shut Tan Li as static balance ability, and the star offset balance test of closed-position and SEBT(star exbition balance test)represented its dynamic balance ability. The 0 degree of ankle joint and 15 degrees of metatarsal flexor and dorsal flexor were tested by ontology sensory test System. The body fat and muscle mass were tested by body composition instrument.Using SPSS20.0 software for statistical processing, the data obtained is expressed in the way of average ± standard deviation,T-test is used for normal distribution and non-parametric test is used for non-normal distribution.the significant difference is expressed as p<0.05,and the significant difference is expressed as p<0.01.Research Results:Long-term Latin dance training comparison:compared the professional dance group and the control group, there was significant statistical significance(p<0.01)between the first 1,after 4,after 5,after 6,7,the first and the other 82 groups, the comprehensive mean and the standard deviation, and the sebt extension of the professional dance group was significantly better than that of the SEBT in the control group. In the front 2,inside 3,there was no significant statistical difference between the control group and the professional dance group(p>0.05).The difference of closed-closed single foot was statistically significant(P=0.01<0.05),and the professional dance group was significantly better than the control group. There was no statistically significant difference in the p>0.05 of closed-eyes standing still,no statistically significant difference in dorsiflection 15 degrees p>0.05,the difference of 15 degrees of plantar flexion was statistically significant p=0.002<0.01,the professional dance group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant in the 0 degree p=0.052>0.05 of the horizontal plane.Short-term Latin dance training comparison:1)Comparison among groups:compared between the experimental group, the experimental group and the control group SEBT Eight directions extended long distance, closed eyes Tan Li,closed eyes in situ, back flexor 15 degrees, metatarsal flexor 15 degrees, horizontal 0 degree difference is not significant(p>0.05);After the experiment, the comparison between the groups,The extended distance of SEBT in the experimental group and the control group was significantly statistically significant(p<0.01)in the first 1,2,3,after 6,after 7,the first and then 8experimental group and the control group, and in the latter 4,after 5,There was no significant statistical difference between the extended distance of SEBT in the experimental group and the control group(p>0.05),and the difference of closed eyes stand on one foot and closed eyes stand still were statistically significant after the experiment(p<0.01).15 Degrees back flexor,There was no statistically significant difference in water level 0 degrees(p>0.05),and 15 degrees of metatarsal flexor was significantly different(p<0.01).2)Intra group comparison:There were significant statistical differences(p=0.000<0.01)between the two sebt in the experimental group and the long distance before and after the training in the group after the experiment, and the comparison between the control group before and after the experiment in the first 1,the first 2,the latter 4(p=0.088>0.05),the latter 5,the latter 6,There was no significant difference in external 7(p>0.05),and the control group was lower than before the experiment, and the internal 3 and the first and outer 8 control groups had significant statistical significance before the experiment(p<0.01),and the extended distance was greater than before the experiment. There was significant significance in the p<0.05 of closed eyes standing on one foot in both the experimental group and the control group. There was significant statistical significance in the difference of closed eyes standing still(p<0.01)and there was no significant difference in the p>0.05 of closed eyes standing on one foot in the control group,There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the difference of 15 degrees of plantar flexion,0 degrees of horizontal plane and 15 degrees of dorsiflection.Conclusion:(1)Short-term Latin dance training can significantly improve the dynamic and static balance ability of College students, and long-term Latin dance training has a more significant impact.(2)Short-term Latin dance training has no positive effect on proprioception of ankle joint;long-term Latin dance training has a significant positive effect on the 15-degree difference of proprioceptive plantar flexion of ankle joint among college students, that is,long-term Latin dance training can enhance proprioception of plantar flexion of ankle joint.
