The Operation And Cooperation Mode Of Fandoms

Nowadays, many Korean singers are trying to develop their career in China. The invade of "Korea Wave" not only bring lots of singers but also bring a culture, we may call it "Support Culture" to China too. The fandom-use to support idols-plays a important role in all the "support culture".This dissertation take "IsSing-Garden"(one of the fandoms) as an example, trying to use the theories of Management and Organizational Behavior as basement, analyses how "IsSing-Garden" operates inside and outside and the advantages and disadvantages of Fandoms.With the growing number of fandoms and the support activities, agencies & enterprises or programs would like to cooperate with the fandoms, in order to bring business and audience rating. This dissertation tries to summarize cooperation mode of Fandoms and tries to come out new cooperation mode or find new business under the normal cooperation mode.The last chapter discusses about how Fandoms influence teenagers, how Internet plays an important role in Fandoms development and what can we learn from fandoms support culture.
