The Internet not only changed how we learn and ways of working, but also our way of life and interpersonal interaction model. College students have the relatively high educational level and active thinking and they also good at to accept new things. With the rapid development and wide spread of Internet, college students has become the subject and the pioneer of network usage. The online social support is based on the interaction of thevirtual space, people in emotional, information exchange andmaterial exchange process is understood, respected identity andsense of belonging. College students as an important use of the Internet population, can their online social support and real social support predict subjective well-being? Previous studies have shown that online social support and real social support can predict subjective well-being, but there is no study for these three variables. This study attempts to explore the relationship among these three variables and the real social support of college students performs mediating effect between the online social support and subjective well-being.In this study,550college students from Saanxi Normal University and Xi’an University of Arts and Science in Hunan are taken as the researching subjects with the Youth Online social support Scale, the Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and subjective well-being scale to discuss the relationship among Online social support, social support and subjective well-being, and emphasis on the mediating effects of social support between the online social support and subjective well-being. On the basis of the study, we can guide college students to enhance their subjective well-being from the point of online social support, and then improve their quality of life.Through analysis and discussion of this study, The conclusion are following:(1) The online social support of the college students in middle level of the country. In grade, Freshman, sophomore significantly lower than the juniors and seniors; In native place, students from the rural areas are significantly lower than students from towns and city. And there is on significant differences in sex and major.(2) In addition to the tool support, the other dimensions of the online social support and the real social support of college students were tested positive correlation; the online social support predict the real social support;(3) The online social support of the college students is significantly positively correlated with the positive emotions and life satisfaction of the subjective well-being.(4) The real social support of the college students is significantly positively correlated with the positive emotions and life satisfaction of the subjective well-being, and negatively correlated with the negative emotions of the subjective well-being.(5) The real social support of college students is a mediator between the online social support and positive emotions and life satisfaction of the subjective well-being. The real social support of college students performs no mediating effect between the online social support and negative emotions of the subjective well-being.
