Duola (1954-), Chinese literature writer in Malaysia, mainly specialize on fiction, prose, and painting. She had contributed a lot on the development of Chinese education especially in Chinese Literature in Malaysia. She had published her first novel collection, "Love asked," since 1983, and so far, she had published 47 novels. While she had also received numerous awards and made herself as one of the most active and best-known Malaysian Chinese literary writer today which considered as a great achievement. Duola adept inspiration from her surrounding and imagination while writing her novel. She can deliver the beauty and care just by using the words. Her novels look simple, lively and impressive.The women’s world under Duola’s novels are full of specialty, human care and innovative. The analysis of Dora’s novel is important and meaningful for the Chinese literature in Malaysia. From the interview with author, we learn about her passion and love towards Malaysian Chinese literature. Foreign writers interested to look at Duola’s novels and research about them and the value used on her thesis.By analyzing Duola, we must also demonstrate its creative approach, inspiration and accomplishment on her life. Basically by analyzing her novels, it can be divided into three categories which the first category is regarding women which had no protection in term of financial; the second category is independent, new social value in woman and the third category is a mother and wife which always in suspicious thinking.Duola’s novels is reflecting humanistic care and she is using natural environment and people around as the symbolic in human nature. At the same time, she focus on the importance of education and role model.From the novels we can find that Duola’s aesthetic innovation which is focus on realistic and rich in creative approach to comedy method, which reveals the weakness of human nature and social issues so as to achieve the effect of irony.
