Topic Extraction Of The Intangible Cultural Heritage Digital Resource Based On The Related Tags

The intangible cultural heritage are rich in national culture and spiritual values, which is the brainchild left behind by the human history, and the continuation of human vitality and creativity. Currently, the research of the application of digital technology to protect and save the intangible cultural heritage has been relatively mature. But the protection of the intangible cultural heritage should not only to solve the problem of its survival, protection and preservation through digital technology, but also to create new human culture and civilization through the widely disseminate and re-interpretation of its inherent human spirit and civilization. But now in the process of presentation and use to the intangible cultural heritage resources, the use of terminology to describe and organization of the resources resulting in the issues of uncomfortably browsing and hardly understanding to the public. In order to solve this problem and achieve the universal description and organization to the intangible cultural heritage digital resources, the paper presents a method of extracting the topic and feature tags of the intangible cultural heritage digital resources through the related tags.This paper firstly describes the theories of social tags and topic extraction to the intangible cultural heritage digital resources, and discusses the connotative meaning of social tags network and its forming mechanism. It introduces the related concepts and technologies to the topic extraction of the intangible cultural heritage digital resources, and analyzes the existing problems when making the topic extraction of the intangible cultural heritage digital resources using the social tags. Then the paper sort the existing methods of topic extraction and their limitations, and propose the new topic extraction method to the intangible cultural heritage digital resources based on related tags and multidimensional social tag networks. On the basis of these theoretical and methodological analysis, it discussed the feasibility of topic extraction study to the intangible cultural heritage digital resources using the social tags network, and described the research programs in detail. Finally, the paper made an empirical study to the intangible cultural heritage social tag data based on the design of research programs before, and compared and discussed the result with the theoretical topic features of intangible cultural heritage digital resources, the progress of which realize the reasoning of theory guiding practice and practice testing theory.According to the result of instance analysis, the method that exploring the topic features of the intangible cultural heritage digital resources based on the social tag network is feasible and has practical value, which achieve the extraction purpose of universal topic rather than the professional topic under the guidance of meeting the users’ practical need. The research provides a useful reference to increase the effective organization and utilization to the intangible cultural heritage digital resources, and to enhance the communication effects of the intangible cultural heritage culture.
