Intangible cultural heritage is a precious spiritual wealth of our nation, but in the modernization drive, because understanding is not in place, not enough emphasis, inadequate protection and other reasons, the intangible cultural heritage continues to damage and blind development, even facing extinction crisis. In this paper, the majority of social groups cannot effectively participate in the protection of intangible cultural heritage to analyze this situation, combined with people now living habits, access to information, is proposed based on intangible cultural heritage SOLOMO research information push, trying to push through the way information initiative to popularize the knowledge of intangible cultural heritage to the public around, change the status qua of social groups to recognize the intangible cultural heritage is not in place and thus can not effectively participate in conservation efforts. The latest feature SOLOMO Internet applications as concepts and models, not only changed people’s daily life, but influence people’s access to information. SOLOMO based information push will combine development of the Internet, "socializing (social), localization (local), mobility (mobile)" advantage, exchange contact information of people in the Internet environment, sharing behavior, the depth of excavation network users about non-material information needs of the cultural heritage, and application services SOLOMO development aid under the intangible cultural heritage literacy to push people around the way through the information.According to this idea, this paper established the information push model based on intangible cultural heritage SOLOMO, detailing the model and content of each section.
