The family support supervisor (fssb) is the main content of the training, in the foreign existing research based on, according to experience based training in the relevant technical requirements, using self monitoring design of a complete set of training programs, and a supermarket in Hebei in the implementation.Training program design is divided into three parts, namely, curriculum development, behavior of self monitoring and training assessment. Curriculum development of existing intervention study of curriculum content and teaching mode has been improved, using the experience type training related theory and technology paradigm in the summary of the related empirical study based on, the connotation of fssb analyzed and summarized, and the course content in popular word, also the collection and collation of the typical cases, in the classroom to show and share. After training course, in order to help students training content rapidly into the actual work, the use of micro channel platform, students are required to participate in two stages, for a period of around the act of self monitoring, after the end of each stage of monitoring will provide each student feedback report, make use of the information platform in the whole process will, communication platform, mutual platform for students of daily feedback, strengthen target behavior. Through the training evaluation in the design and implementation of the scheme, the CIPP evaluation model using dynamic in the training program of the offset evaluation model with conventional training compared to more ecological and global.In the course of training, the traditional training model in the process of corporate culture and strategic development of the outer ring, a comprehensive assessment of employee needs and organizational needs. And with the development of strategy oriented enterprise needs as the core, employees need basis to design a training program, and use various kinds of forms of training in the implementation process, make the program more personalized training.The subjective evaluation data training results show that 71% of the students believed that the better the overall effect of training courses,50% students will be "FSSB four dimensions to explain the" vivid evaluation. Quiz, the highest error rate problems focus on the innovation management part, some students can not distinguish between substantive help and innovative management of different. Self monitoring records show that the student supervisor support quantity increases continuously, and the students in daily work often use substantial help the support behavior, innovation management is seldom used.
