The Study Of Buddhism Belief Of Tang Eunuchs

The eunuch plays an important role in the Tang dynasty, who is an important group in the Tang histoy can not be avoided. when Buddhism was introduced into China Since Han dynasty,which has developed to the peak period in the Tang dynasty,the emergence of Buddhism in China has become an reality.In the Tang dynasty most people believed in Buddhism,eunuch groups also showed the strong interest to Buddhism.This paper bases on the unearthed literature and the other ancient literatures to study the relevant informations.In this artical,we try to discuss the ideological root of eunuchs’ worship of Buddhism, the manifestation modes,the influence of the certificate system,the different relationship between eunuch and Buddhism in the two periods,which can be used to expound the intricate relationship between Buddhism and eunuchs,further to study the the influence of Buddhism on politics and military affairs of the whole country.Hope this paper can provide a new perspective and reference data for researchs of the political and economy,culture and religious of tang dynasty.
