Test-retest Reliability Study Of Shanxi Dialect Speech Test Materials

Objective:As China is a multi-ethnic country, different areas have different dialects,Mandarin-their acquisition, pronunciation, intonation, there are also some differences.Native people’s recognition of Mandarin dialects as distinct from native speakers of Mandarin Chinese crowd. Therefore, the dialect speech test materials development is imperative. This Shanxi dialect speech test clinical data analysis of two-syllable word,normal hearing people completed their dialect vocabulary retest reliability evaluation,provide the basis for evaluation of clinical diagnosis and treatment effects.Methods:Experiment on the dialect group of a number of normal hearing for both data collection and statistical analysis of the data obtained.1. Sample selection: according to the shanxi dialect atlas, combined with actual situation of shanxi dialects could be divided into six area in shanxi dialects(excluding guang ling). Each area selected in line with the "normal" otology diagnosis standard,native language for their dialect, articulate subjects 20, 10 men and 10 women.2. Data collection: testing material selection of shanxi dialect speech audiometry disyllable table 6 pieces, each table 50 words. In accordance with the requirements for recording speech audiometry testing record audio test material, the subjects were 30 days between two rounds before and after the test, and record each participant’s speech recognition rate of each word.3. Statistical analysis: before and after two rounds of "rationalization" arc sinetransform score; Calculate the correlation coefficient of two rounds of score before and after each word. Calculate difference standard deviation, for each word is poor under the95% confidence interval of the critical value, a list to complete each retest reliability evaluation.Results:dialect area 6 groups, each group of 20 people, a total of 120 people, each to test their dialect area word table 2 times, a total of 120 sets of data, after "rationalization" arc sine transform, the result shows: the overall test score at the beginning of 70.91% plus or minus 12.63%, overall reiteration score of 72.75% plus or minus 12.78%, the overall score difference: 1.8360% plus or minus 7.2859%, six dialect area respective critical difference of 13.73% to 13.73%.Conclusion:All the people in shanxi using this set of vocabulary words aural ability test, the same two tests before and after the subjects speech recognition rate difference should be more than the critical difference of the dialect area, can think it acceptable clinical diagnosis and treatment interventions are effective.
