Research On The Stone Calligraphy In The Tomb And Memorial Temple For Suxun, Sushi And Suzhe In Jia County, Henan Province

The Tomb and Memorial Temple for Suxun, Sushi and Suzhe(also short as 3 Su) in Jia County is the only construction combined with tomb and temple. In the Earlier Song Dynasty, Sushi and Suzhe(2 Su) were buried in Jia. But for their father Suxun influenced 2 Su and was buried in Sichuan, it is suggested that he should be together with his sons. Later, 2 Su has then been renamed as 3 Su until now.The Tomb and Memorial Temple for 3 Su consists of the Main Tomb and Temple, Guangqing Temple, Dongpo Stone Tablets, Dongpo’s Middle-Aged Statue, Dongpo Lake and so on. What’s more, the stone calligraphy shall be mostly emphasized and introduced. It is the important format and rare proof of accepting 3 Su with multi-values for areas like philology, calligraphy and epigraphy. Its culture embodies “3 Su have been spoken highly of from dynasty to dynasty”. At present, there are no systematic results in studying the stone calligraphy in the Tomb and Memorial Temple for 3 Su in Jia County all over walks. More aspects needs more future researches.Above all, by firstly collecting and filing some relative historical documents, identifying and studying shapes, words,documentary description and calligraphic fonts of the stone calligraphy found in the Tomb and Memorial Temple for 3 Su, this paper aims to do good for local cultural construction and 3 Su’s history. The second part is the "cultural and educational function of mausoleum stone mining. Mainly explained from the spiritual level, the true will of the spiritual culture of "stone live ".
