The academic career of Edmund Husserl begins with the separation between English-American-Philosophy and European-Continental-Philosophy. As the founding father of phenomenological movement, Husserl belongs to the group of continental philosophy and has contributed a wide influence upon it’s further development. But it doesn’t implicate that Husserl’s theoretical interest totally differentiate with early analytical philosophy and the rise of modern logic. On contrary, the early stage of Husserl’s reflections concentrate on mathmatic, languague and logic. In those works which published during his lifetime, particularly in Logical Investigations(1900) and Formal and Transcendental Logic(1929),Husserl has systematically drawn an outline of logic. In Logical Investigations he set up the idea of logic as Wissenschaftlehre which establich criteria of scientific theories. Then in Formal and Transcendental Logic Husserl on one side finished a meta-logical reflection on formal logic and pointed out that the highest form of formal logic should be a general theory of manfolds(Mannigfaltigkeiten). The general theory of Mannigfaltigkeit, accroding to Husserl, deductively include all possible forms of scientific theories. On another side Husserl has proposed that there must be a grounding of transcendental logic to formal logic. In Experience and Judgement(1935) which published posthumous, Husserl systematically illuminated a theory of transcendental logic in cooperation with Formal and Transcendental Logic and completed a genealogical clarification about the experiencial origin of our conceptual-logical knowledges.Although both Husserl’s ideal of formal logic as a general theory of manfolds and his idea of a transcendental logical grunding to formal logic have failed or not yet realized,Husserl’s mediations toward logic have revealed such a possiblity: Logic as a science of idea. From the view of such a kind of logic, the relation between logic and world has turned around, the fact is that this world must conform to logic rather than the logic acommodate itself to this world, the boundary of logic is also the boundary of thought.
