The magazine Flower City was born in 1979 in Guangzhou, as a pure literature brand in Guangdong province. In the 1980 s, Flower City adhere to the reality and mainly published some original works and reportage which directly pointed to realistic problem. In the early nineties, Flower City Adjusted the direction of the magazine and laid emphasis on exploration and experimentation to papers, with the abolition of reportage. This adjustment is the important symbol for Flower City from reality literature to pioneer literature. In the late eighties, the magazines Harvest and Zhongshan pushed pionnier literature to the literature world, which became a literary trend of contemporary Chinese literature. But in the 1990 s, these two magazines paid less attention to pionnier literature, while Flower City started to pay attention to pioneer literature, which promoted a second wave of pionnier literature. From column setup and the works published, we can see that Flower City is not limited to the pionnier literature, but the whole magazine is defined as a pionnier in literature world.Flower City blends the conception of publication and literary conception. The paper demonstrates Flower City’s pioneer attitude in literature world from three aspects.The first chapter focus on discussion on the event female personal Narrative and the linguistic feature on Flower city in1990 s. Firstly,editor interpretate this literary phenomenon from three dimension:the creation, theory and creative experience.The editing police is main factor for the success of female personal Narrative. Secondly,the pioneering language characteristics in the text is the key factor,because Flower City emphasis the pioneering and exploring spirit.The second chapter analysis "Modern flow" in the "Flower City" in the 1990 s.Mainly reflected in the analysis section of the nineties modern aesthetic characteristics. In 1990 s, market economy to prosperity and decline of the humanistic,literary journals of the period in order to survive, then turned to the popular and populist, "Flower City" as a market economy in the vanguard of literary culture, so the editor made this philosophical ethos column to a long column, in this column never adhere to the spirit of high kitsch but refused to mediocrity, adhere to reflect on daily life and aesthetic utopia.The third chapter focus on two sections of the "new novel" in the "Flower City" in the 1990 s. Zhu Wei as column editor, his follow-up observations aspect Han Dong,Zhu Wen and Li Feng who embrace creative ideas, creative methods and found them focus on personal expression and self-transcendence, innovative desires in novels.From the limited works we can appreciate the poet Han Dong, Zhu Wen insisted in novels daily narrative technique,and abandoned grandiose narration, since poets experience in the novel highlights the poet can cut off the ingenious combination of a unique language style charm; Li Feng mainly used to parody classic story rewritten,deconstructed hero, used "pre-modern text + model person " novels mode reflects living conditions and psychological state of modern man. This column exists in a short time,less text, but laid a foundation for "experimental text" in the early of21 century.In literature, pionnier attitude required to adhere to nurture a successful literary and make exploratory behavior to be more and more mature.
