The Research Of Government Credit Ethics In The Internet Age

Government credit is the core position in the social credit system, it is exemplary role to other social credit. Today, with the rapid development of internet, it has greatly influenced and changed people’s living environment and way of life, bringing people into a new age--Internet age. The development of the Internet offers a new carrier for the construction of government credit, setting up a communication platform between government and the public.At the same time, with the advent of the Internet age, government credit ethical issues become increasingly prominent, But problems occur within the time, just as the change of traditional administration model, obtaining people’s trust based on the advantage of internet. From these points, it is necessary to carry on a deep analysis on it. And we can make our credit system more consummate, promoting it to a higher development level.Firstly, This paper points out that the advent of the Internet age to the government the construction of credit ethics is not only an opportunity, but also challenge. On the one hand,the Internet age for government information disclosure provides new media, makes it possible for people to participate in political life, provides a channel for the enhancement of administrative supervision;On the other hand,the government credit ethics construction is also facing many difficulties,such as the government behavior and the discretion of arbitrarily large, government information transparency is not high,the government function absence,dislocation, offside, part of the administrative personnel, lack of moral corruption.and to further the cause of the weak government credit ethics Internet times is analyzed, such as,imperfect system of laws and regulations, administrative personnel’s ability to cope with lack of Internet public opinion, and delays in functional change of administration, administrative staff moral alienation. Secondly, the author tries to analysis and selection of domestic and foreign typical examples, in order to get some valuable experience from the construction,perfect supervision mechanism of government credit ethics in China, cultivate the ability to deal with public administrative personnel, and improve the relevant laws and regulations,through television, Internet and other media publicity information,hope to provide some beneficial experience and the revelation to the construction of government credit ethics today.Finally, I have my suggestions on credit ethic construction: nomocracy-oriented limited government, information publicity-oriented sunlight government, function transformation-oriented responsible government, good professional character oriented-serving government.
