As an economic center in the 1990 s, coastal cities attracted a large number of rural surplus labor force. GuiZhou as a big labor exporting province,a lot of young people choose to be migrant for living in the ethnic minority rural communities。 Because of such a situation, the "hollow village" problems threaten the harmony of rural areas.the second is the culture heritage has no successor.what is more,the migrant workers due to disaprities of culture and economy,income, the migrant workers have been "marginalized" in the city for a long time, further which wil threaten the overall social harmony.Exploring the deposits in guizhou ethnic culture, it can promote the development of guizhou culture and industry.From the economic level, it can cater to the national regional industrial policy, explore new economic growth point for guizhou’s economic development; From the cultural level,it can promote the inheritance and development of ethnic culture; From the social level, it can provide opportunities for rural youth entrepreneurship and local employment and further promote the development in teaching, the old support harmonious rural community.Ethnic handicrafts an important part of industry in guizhou ethnic minorities culture is closely related to ethnic groups most. Traditional national manual industry to the economy as the first purpose of operations, although the development of the economic development of ethnic minority areas have a positive leading role, to help minority craftsmen to increase the economic income. Due to the upstream of craftsmen in the value chain, however, under the action of "price scissors", enterprises at prices below the cultural added value by craftsmen to buy, then at a higher price sold to end customers. Because of the low added value, the value of a part of the flow can be involved in the cause of the less, the minority of craftsmen in cooperation with the company are often in a passive position. One is their own through labor remuneration lack of bargaining power; Second, in cooperation with companies of alternative high and sustainable face a higher risk of livelihood.in recent years, as the rise of industrial mode, social enterprises use commercial means to solve social problems as the operating principle. on the development path of guizhouwenchuang, the aim is to help local craftsmen to improve the capacity and realize sustainable development, and promote the harmonious development of the community as the first purpose. By adopting different operation mode from past enterprise,the aim is to help improve the ability of construction, solve the national craftsmen in the forms of traditional handicraft industry who face the received payments under their labor value, or the problems such as unstable cooperation relationship with the company.this paper is based on the comprehensive inspection of the related research present situation, and also based on the research of the value chain theory, the paper use the method of comparative study and compare the study on different stages of the enterprise’s value chain model; the paper adopt the research method of "cutting the sparrow" as a case study on the operation of social enterprises.the comprehensive survey first enterprise cooperation community of the existing situation of ethnic minority craftsmen applied livelihood vulnerability research methods to analyze the local craftsmen in order to realize the sustainable development facing the survival predicament; To select indicators for as an internal and external sustainable development, consider the study of the enterprise to solve craftsmen survival plight the unique advantages of face to face, expounds how to use social enterprises help community craftsmen to achieve sustainable development, and promote the sustainable development of the community.Through the study found that national manual operations with a social enterprise model(1) the craftsmen through social enterprise open the market, increasing revenue;(2) in close cooperation with the enterprise, to participate in each link of handicrafts in the process of value increment, improve own ability construction, from the product producers into their craft operators, improve the ability to resist risk;(3) under the guidance of social enterprises, craftsmen in the production of the introduction of the concept of cleaner production, balance the contradiction between the scale of production and environmental harmony. For the craftsmen to realize the sustainable development provides a good guarantee. In this paper, structure can be divided into three parts. The first part, including chapter one and chapter two. The first chapter mainly introduced the paper selected topic basis and the research background, research purpose and significance, the domestic and foreign research related to the cultural industry and participatory poverty alleviation were summarized, on this basis, put forward in this paper, the research ideas, research methods; The second chapter, mainly is the research object definition, doing theoretical foil for the follow-up study, and elaborates the theoretical basis of used in this article, including the value chain theory, sustainable livelihood theory, etc. The second part, namely the main body of the thesis, including chapter 3 and chapter 4 and chapter 5. The third chapter, the introduction of system dominated by the economy of the current situation of the development of guizhou ethnic handicraft existing forms, the fourth chapter, based on the investigation and research,is to analyze the research of social enterprises support the community craftsmen livelihood vulnerability. the fifth chapter, taking the internal external sustainable calculation index, it can analyze of the operation mode of the selected cases, The third part, the sixth chapter, analyze the existing mode of enterprises must face the problem. |
