Cognitive Inte Rpretation Of "Nan" In The Uyghur Proverbs On The Basis Of The Conceptual Blending Theory

As one of the representatives of uyghur diet culture, "nan" is used frequently in the Uyghur proverbs. Under the guidance of conceptual blending theory, Uyghur proverbs’ input space in this paper is classified into five departments, namely the reflection of life, faith, wealth, agricultural labor and human communication with the entry point of Uyghur proverbs about "nan". Then we can explain the cognitive mechanism and cultural motivation of "nan" in the Uyghur proverbs and explore the Uygur people’s cognitive thinking characteristics and laws of "nan".
