Empirical Study On Harmonious Relationship Between The Members In Chief Positions And In Deputy Positions In Local Government

Harmonious relationship between the members in chief positions and in deputypositions in local government refers to the basic same world view, life view, and valueview of the members in chief positions and in deputy positions, the close cooperationwhen working together, good emotional communication, getting along with each otherwell, and forming a harmonious leadership.
