| Mass is a fundamental point of view of Marxism, specifically including a rich anddeep content, people are the main creators of history, to learn from the people, serve thepeople, the power is given by the people of cadres, the party responsible for responsibleto the people in line, the party should rely on the masses but also to educate and guide themasses and other point of view. Communist China has experienced mass line bred andformation, maturation and established, to enrich and develop, restore the historicaldevelopment and the new development, enrich its content, is the view of the masses andthe leadership of both the organic unity of method, is the fundamental line of work, is thefundamental method of understanding the Communists, is the lifeline of the party and thecountry. Practicing the Party’s mass line to grasp and deal with the Marxist concept ofmasses must go through a double process of rational conscious and emotional training,organize and mobilize the masses needs scientific truth summon incentive to proceedwith material benefits, contact the service people should pay attention to the role ofParty organizations and the role of individual party members simultaneously, organizeand mobilize the masses want to do mass of students and teachers to do the basicrequirements of the masses combined with each other.
